Bookings through the Platform are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of The Company as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the Supplier of tours and other tourist.
These Website General Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, Naviglo accessible at naviglo.com.
These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.
Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.
All payments are processed by TrustMyTravel, the Payment Gateway.
All payments for products and services must be done prior to confirmation of the relevant products and services.
Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change to your tour is necessary, providing it does not arise from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose (i) to accept the change of arrangements (ii) to purchase another holiday from us or (iii) to cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable in cases of major change as detailed below.
No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.
Major changes include cancellation, delays in departure or return by more than 12 hours and accommodation changes to an inferior standard of accommodation.
Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control. It is essential that you take out adequate travel insurance.
The Company reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the date of departure, even after a confirmation notice has been sent. If your holiday is cancelled the Company will refund in full the money you have already paid. No compensation will be payable.
The company also has the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour, if in their opinion that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the events mentioned above, the company’s sole liability and the client’s sole remedy will be limited to a refund of any monies paid, less the amount for services already utilized plus administrative fees.
All cancellations have to be made to the Company in writing via E-Mail to support@naviglo.com
The cancellation date is the date that the Company received a written cancellation during working hours. (Monday – Friday : 9.00 hr. – 18.00 hr.).
Products and Services provided may have different Cancellation Policies, which are stated in the relevant Products or Services page. By making a booking and paying for it, you consent to the Cancellation Policy stated in the Products or Services page.
In the event of a reschedule, the Company will take reasonable measures to do a reschedule, but is not responsible for any additional charges and fees or the inability to reschedule to the specified date.
Refunds will be in Thai Baht (THB) only.
Refunds exclude any additional costs, such as transaction fees, and any foreign exchange rates differences.
The Company is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a holiday.
Your holiday price will be fixed at the cost at the time of booking and payment.
The financial commitments offered above by the Company mean that the Company is not able to reduce the holiday prices should the value of the Thai Baht strengthen.
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, the Company and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
publishing any Website material in any other media;
selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Country, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Thailand for the resolution of any disputes.
Any discrepancy of Terms and Conditions between English language and others, the English language version prevails.
